Arte & Moda a la Luz: Fashion show inspired by 19th century art
Yesterday I had the honor of being the official photographer at Alicante Fashion Week 2024, which took place within the walls of the MUBAG museum. The event, entitled “Arte & Moda a la Luz”, combined fashion and art in a unique creative form.
The designers created their looks inspired by the works of art from the permanent exhibition of the museum “19th Century. Collection in Light”, located on the first floor of MUBAG. An interesting challenge for the participants was to use the same material to create their models, which made it possible to reveal the maximum of their creativity and individuality.
The presentation of the created looks took place on the evening of November 22. The event was held thanks to the support of the Cultural Department of the Diputación de Alicante and MUBAG itself. The atmosphere of creativity, light and fashion that reigned at the fashion show was incredibly inspiring, and the shots that I managed to capture became real works of art.
